In the past, it was often difficult to find prompt ophthalmic care, particularly for children and for patients with urgent eye conditions.  This was one of the reasons why Valley Eye Specialists was established in 2019. Dr Jayne Camuglia and Dr Juanita Pappalardo, who both have a passion for providing eye care to patients of all ages, brought colleague (and Director of Ophthalmology at Queensland Children’s Hospital) Professor Shuan Dai on board with a mission to do just that.  Today, Valley Eye Specialists is a practice location for a number of ophthalmologists who genuinely strive to provide exceptional ophthalmic care for infants, children and adults. We pride ourselves on working as experienced and highly qualified doctors with supportive administrative and clinical staff to provide timely appointments for both routine and urgent care when required.
